Design Notes

We made a synonymous mutation in GADPH, mutating the 241st. C to T to remove the BsaI restriction site to meet the type IIS standard.


Source

The bio-sensor (nahR and Psal) comes from the genomic sequence of Pseudomonas Stutzeri. The GADPH comes from the genomic sequence of Citrobacter murliniae.
